What we collect
For travellers: the name, email address and trip details you provide when sending a request, plus messages exchanged with drivers. For drivers: profile details, vehicle information, rates, photos and account credentials.
How we use it
We use your data to pass your request to the relevant drivers, to let you exchange messages, to process deposits, to send service emails about your request, and to review and moderate driver profiles.
Who we share it with
Traveller contact details are shared with a driver only after a deposit is paid for that conversation. We also use service providers for hosting, database, email delivery and payments, who process data on our behalf.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your search preferences. We do not sell your data to advertisers.
Retention and your rights
We keep request and conversation records while your account is active and as needed for our records. You can ask for a copy of your data or request deletion through your active conversation or driver dashboard.
